Painful Teeth

Teeth can become carious and painful. When appropriate, teeth can be removed (extracted) to relieve patients of pain, to prevent pain, or to treat infection.

Dr. Hompesch is a surgical specialist who removes teeth regularly. IV sedation is available and can be very helpful particularly for patients with anxiety. Teeth can also be removed under local anesthesia.
